Business Development is not the opposite side of Sustainable Development and Responsible, Ethics, Philanthropy, Environment, values that we share and we like to find within terms of reference of our mandates and missions. We acquired these values during our experiences close to Poverty, crises, and more generally to Development Countries.
BD1st brings you Knowledge in order to make the relevant decision, GO/NO GO - BID/NO BID, on new perimeters.
We set up “Business Development First” to help our Customers to identify opportunities upstream with relevance and to choose the best partners. To do so we:
– get the best knowledge on opportunities, potential partners, environment and actors;
– perform accurate Go/No Go-Bid/No Bid analysis (mainly through the management of stakes and risks) ;
– implement the most relevant and right plan to achieve the target in best conditions of negotiation and optimum cost;
– value competitive advantages within complex competitions by keeping one to two moves in advance.
